Land Taken, Together With a Right of Way, for a Post Office in the Borough of Blenheim

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with a right of way appurtenant to Lot 5, D.P. 1863, created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 11818, for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 11·86 perches.
Being Lots 1 and 5, D.P. 1863, being also part Section 1, District of Omaka, and being the balance of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 51, folio 72, Marlborough Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 66974, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 33·98 perches.
Being Lot 6, D.P. 7450, being part Suburban Section 10, Clive, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, H.B. Volume 143, folio 264, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of the Bay of Island as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1955.

Being part Mataraua C 2 Block.
Situated in Block VI, Punakitere Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38355.)

Being Lot 2, D.P. 34083, being part Section 10, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 960, folio 10, Auckland Land Registry.
