Crown Land Set Apart for Road in the Borough of West Harbour

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:

A. R. P.
0 0 2·96 Part Lots 18 and 19, D.P. 1, Township of Rothesay, being part Section 39, coloured orange.
0 0 0·17 Part Lot 18, D.P. 1, Township of Rothesay, being part Section 39, coloured blue.

Situated in Upper Harbour West Survey District, Borough of West Harbour, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11940.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146998 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 33·3 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 14164, being part Reserve 131, situated in Block VIII, Oxford Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 515, folio 30, Canterbury Land Registry.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Public School in the Borough of Te Kuiti

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Te Kuiti Builders Limited under and by virtue of Crown Renewable Lease No. 2645, Volume 846, folio 208, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of July 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 1 acre.

Being Section 11, Block IV, Otanake Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Register Book, Volume 846, folio 208, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Te Kuiti.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 34·9 perches.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 3437, being part Allotment 264A, Town of Hamilton West, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 128, folio 148, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Hamilton.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 24 acres 2 roods 14 perches.

Being part Lot 4, D.P. 152 (being part Rural Section 3751), and part Rural Sections 3751 and 2952.

Situated in the City of Timaru and Block X, Arowhenua Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8829.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 147048 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of July 1955.
