A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, is hereby set apart for health purposes (District Nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of July 1955.

Situated in Block I, Whangape Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37899.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River power scheme).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 4·2 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 41533, being part Lot 19, D.R.O. Plan No. Whau 36, being part Fairburn’s Old Land Claim No. 269A, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 772, folio 68, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estates in the land first and secondly described in the Schedule hereto held from the Maori Trustee by John William Cullen of Tokaanu, Master Boatman, under and by virtue of Memoranda of Lease Nos. 21784 and 21819 respectively, Wellington Land Registry, and the leasehold estates in the land thirdly and fourthly described in the said Schedule held from the Maori Trustee by Egbert Cecil Cuff, now of Turangi, and formerly of Tokaanu, Foreman, under and by virtue of Memoranda of Lease Nos. 22263 and 22469 respectively, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Montford Minton, under and by virtue of Renewable Lease, Volume 163, folio 186, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of July 1955.

Situated in Block II, Carlyle Survey District, Taranaki R.D. (S.O. 8661.)
