A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of
July 1955.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of additional land taken:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for a metal pit, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Pahiatua as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 4th day of July 1955.

perches.

Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zea-
land, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 4th day of July 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 10 acres.
Being part Rural Section 5711.
Situated in Block X, Grey Survey District, and being the
whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Volume 400, folio 57, Canterbury Land Registry (limited
as to parcels and title).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142262
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon edged green.
