Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
PURSUANT to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Revoking a Warrant Apportioning the Cost of Maintaining Portions of the Dannevirke-Herbertville Main Road, the Waione Road, and the Oporae Road, in the Weber County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Warrant dated 16 April 1914 and published in the Gazette, 24 April 1914, Volume I, page 1517, apportioning the cost of maintaining portions of the Dannevirke-Herbertville Main Road, the Waione Road, and the Oporae Road, in the Weber County.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 15th day of June 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Warrant dated 5 July 1921 and published in Gazette, 7 July 1921, Volume II, page 1706, apportioning the cost of maintaining portion of the Dannevirke-Weber Main Road in the Dannevirke County.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 15th day of June 1955.
