HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Rabbit Nuisance Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Wanaka Rabbit District Order 1955.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The boundaries of the Wanaka Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 23rd day of February 1949,* are hereby altered and redefined; and as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE WANAKA RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area, situated in the Otago Land District and Lake and Vincent Counties, containing approximately 261,000 acres, more or less, being parts of Cascade, Matukituki, Upper Wanaka, Mid Wanaka, Lower Wanaka, Motatapu, Knuckle Peak, and Cardrona Survey Districts, bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-east corner of Run 468 on the northern boundary of the Matukituki Survey District; thence easterly along that boundary and the northern boundary of Upper Wanaka Survey District to the Albert Burn; thence generally easterly down the Albert Burn to the western shore of Lake Wanaka; thence generally southerly and easterly along the western and southern shores of Lake Wanaka to the Clutha River; thence south-easterly along the south-western bank of the Clutha River to a point in line with the eastern boundaries of Sections 16 and 17, Block IV, Lower Wanaka Survey District; thence southerly along those boundaries; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Section 17 aforesaid; thence south-easterly along the road on the north-eastern boundary of Section 19; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Sections 19, 15, and 4L, Block IV, Lower Wanaka Survey District, to the Cardrona River; thence south-westerly up the centre of the main stream of the Cardrona River to the junction of Spot Burn; thence up the Spot Burn to and generally northerly along the western boundary of Runs 334 and 334b to Mount Alpha; thence generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Runs 334c and 334b to Mount Cardrona; thence westerly, north-easterly, westerly, and northerly along the southern and western boundaries of Run 334B to Treble Cone; thence north-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Runs 333A and 333B to Fog Peak; thence generally westerly by a straight line to the north-east corner of Run 21; thence north-westerly along the northern boundary of Run 21 to Mount Tyndall; thence north-easterly by a straight line to the northernmost corner of Run 465; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Run 468 to the point of commencement.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Street Off Syrott Road in the City of Auckland, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 22nd day of June 1955

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Auckland City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 45 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 146806 referred to in the Schedule hereto within a distance of 37 ft. 6 in. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, to be known as Godfrey Place, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 22 perches, more or less, being part Allotment 29, District of Tāmaki, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 593, folio 154, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels). As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146806 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Hamilton City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 146884, referred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of 35 ft. from the centre line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the South Auckland Land District, City of Hamilton, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 11·5 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 32355, and part Lot 25, D.P. 3544, being part Allotment 231, Parish of Kiri-kiriroa. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146884 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
