A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 29·6 perches.
Being part Lot 57, D.P. 7586, being part Motatau No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block VII, Motatau Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38569.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145886 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of June 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of June 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 13 acres 3 roods 35·4 perches.
Being Lots 5 to 12 (both inclusive), 24, and 28, D.P. 4178 being part Allotments 136 and 137, Parish of Takapuna, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 149, folio 237, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 38·4 perches.
Being Lot 12, D.P. 34458 (Town of Ruawai Extension) being part S.W. part of Section 55, and being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 886 folio 222, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in Block XV, Tokatoka Survey District.

Being Lot 2 and part Lot 1, D.P. 3104, being the residue of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 167, folio 287, Auckland Land Registry, after excepting thereout Lot 5, D.P. 3104.
Situated in the Parish of Waikomiti, Borough of Glen Eden.
