CORRIGENDA

In the notice published in Gazette No. 29, 21 April 1955,
page 693, under the heading “Licences Issued to Wholesalers Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33”, for the words
‘Wood, E. H. (Air Radio) (Edwin Haswell Wood, trading as) Wellington’, read ‘Wood E. H. (Air Radio) (Edwin Haswell Wood, trading as) Wellington, Auckland’. In the notice published in Gazette No. 34, 19 May 1955, page 816, under the heading “Licences Issued to Wholesalers Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, Have been Cancelled”, for the words ‘Plutoy Products (K. Lloyd, trading as)’, read ‘Plytoy Products (K. Lloyd, trading as)’.

Crown Land Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government in the Town of Reefton

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 24·2 perches.

Being Sections 744 and 745, Town of Reefton, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 37, folio 183, Nelson Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of June 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 1 acre 35·8 perches.

Being part Section 44, Manaia Block.

Situated in Block IV, Tiffin Survey District. (S.O. 23371.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146809 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of June 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Harry Jones, of Papamoa, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown Lease in Perpetuity No. 647, Volume 87, folio 40, Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of June 1955,
