A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 3 acres 2 roods 27·8 perches.

Being Lot 49, D.P. S. 2014, being part Section 97, Block VI, Pateaere North Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1001, folio 146, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Putaruru.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of June 1955.

Situated in Block VIII, Pirongia Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 35934.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145663 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of June 1955.
