Land Taken for a Soil Conservation Reserve, in Blocks V and IX, Waimau Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a soil conservation reserve; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 100 acres.
Being part Section 9, Square 2, and part Section 162, District of Waimau West.
Situated in Blocks V and IX, Waimau Survey District, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 63, folio 245, Nelson Land Registry. (Limited as to parcels.)

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of June 1955.

Land Taken for Service Lane, a Parking Place, and an Access Way in the Borough of Upper Hutt

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a parking place, and that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way, and that the said parcels of land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Upper Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that the Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a quarry and shall vest in the inhabitants of the Waiheke Road District as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre and 25·4 perches.
Being part Lot 9, D.P. 11656, being part Hoporata Block.
Situated in Block VI, Waiheke Survey District, Waiheko Road District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38407.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146255 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
