A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 11408, being part Section 1, Tauru Block.
Situated in Block IX, Otahoua Survey District. (S.O. 23368.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146748 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of June 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right-of-way over part created by Deed No. 139617 (R. 59/289), Auckland Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.
