Crown Land Set Apart for a Technical School in the City of Palmerston North

[L.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 21·42 perches.

Being part Suburban Section 229, Township of Palmerston North, and being the whole of the land formerly comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 6, folio 58, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Palmerston North.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of June 1955.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Technical School in the City of Palmerston North

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Public Trustee under and by virtue of Lease No. 23360, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 2 roods 21·42 perches.

Being part Suburban Section 229, Township of Palmerston North, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 6, folio 58, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Palmerston North.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a music and dance hall, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 acres and 23·9 perches.

Being part Oeo C 2 Block.

Situated in Block II, Oeo Survey District, Taranaki R.D. (S.O. 8689.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145885 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 acres.

Being Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block VI, Waharoa Township, being part of the land on D.P. 827, situated in Block XIII, Wairere Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 904, folio 63, Auckland Land Registry.
