The Land and Income Tax Payment Order 1955

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

PURSUANT to the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. This order may be cited as the Land and Income Tax Payment Order 1955.

2. This order applies to land tax and income tax for the year of assessment commencing on the 1st day of April 1955.

3. Land tax shall be due and payable in one sum on the 19th day of September 1955.

4. Income tax shall be due and payable in one sum on the 6th day of February 1956.

5. Land tax and income tax shall be payable at any office of the Taxes Division, Inland Revenue Department, or at any money order post office.
