in the City of Wanganui

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of June 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 12·65 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 11880, being part Sections 149 and 150, Town of Wanganui, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 503, folio 230, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the City of Wanganui.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 31st day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of June 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 7·66 perches.
Being Section 15, Block XCV, Town of Waitara West, being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 193, folio 98, Taranaki Land Registry, and being also the land in Proclamation No. 2035.
