Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of Roads in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, viz., Deviations of the Wellington-Napier Highway, via Wairarapa

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 27th day of January 1925 and published in Gazette, 29 January 1925, Vol. I, page 241, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1493, defining the middle line of roads in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District, viz., deviations of the Wellington-Napier Highway, via Wairarapa, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land affected:

6 1 9 Part Lot IV, Deeds Plan 149, being part Section 170, Hutt District; coloured blue.
8 0 29 Part Lot IV, Deeds Plan 149, being part Section 170, Hutt District; coloured orange.

Situated in Block XIV, Akatarawa Survey District. (S.O. 23342.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146633 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of May 1955.
