A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Kumeu motorway, is hereby set apart for the Auckland-Kumeu motorway.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Auckland-Kumeu motorway, is hereby set apart for housing purposes, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 acres 1 rood 9·4 perches.

Being part Lot 18, D.P. 1267, being part Allotment 8a, Waipareira Parish.

Situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38999.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146626 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for railway purposes, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 5·24 perches.

Being part Lot 3, D.P. 24890, being part Section 555, Suburbs of Newcastle South.

Situated in Block VII, Newcastle Survey District, Borough of Ngaruawahia, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37134.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146638 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post-and-telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 16·8 perches.

Being Allotment 257, Okura Parish.

Situated in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38325.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144829 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of May 1955.
