PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand; hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 26th day of November 1954 and published in Gazette, 2 December 1954, Vol. III, page 1958, taking land for road in Blocks VIII and IX, Town of Frankton, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of June 1955.

SCHEDULE

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
