the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land
Act 1948 as from the 30th day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in
the First and Second Schedules hereto, subject as to the land
in the Second Schedule to the waste and stormwater easement
created in and by Memorandum of Transfer No. 355277,
Canterbury Land Registry, to be deemed to have been Crown
land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948, subject as to the
land in the Second Schedule to the aforesaid easement, as
from the 4th day of November 1954.
