Land Taken, Together With a Right of Way for Housing Purposes in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, together with the right of way appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, created by Deed No. 24250 (14p. 694), Auckland Registry, is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 34Β·6 perches. Being Lots 8 and 9, Section 17, of a subdivision of Allotment 76, Parish of Titirangi, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 546, folio 251, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels and title). Situated in the City of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of May 1955.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post and telegraph purposes (transmitter station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 15 acres 1 rood 29 perches. Being part Sections 277 and 278, Kaikoura Suburban District. Situated in Block XI, Mount Fyffe Survey District, Marlborough R.D. (S.O. 4190.) In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146420 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of May 1955.

Land Taken for Electricity Purposes in the City of Timaru

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity purposes and shall vest in the South Canterbury Electric Power Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood. Being Lot 68, D.P. 1, being part Rural Section 7555, situated in the City of Timaru, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 118, folio 196, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of May 1955.
