A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.

0 0 18 Part of Section 200, District of Takaka (Part of Lot 3, Town of Gibbstown), and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 95, folio 148, Nelson Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
0 0 30 Part Section 200, District of Takaka (Part of Lots 2 and 3, Town of Gibbstown), being more particularly delineated on D.P. 3035, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 88, folio 99, Nelson Land Registry.
Situated in Block XV, Pakawau Survey District.
