A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of paddocking driven cattle and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 71 of the Fire Services Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a fire station and shall vest in the Christchurch Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 71 of the Fire Services Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a fire station and shall vest in the Christchurch Fire Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an aerodrome, and also that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject to the rights of way created by Memoranda of Transfer Nos. 252768 and 252769, Wellington Land Registry, for an aerodrome, and also that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken together with the rights of way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 185000, Wellington Land Registry, for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.
