PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.

Being part Allotment 3, D.P. 42, and being part Section 28, Block XIII, Town of Dunedin, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 117, folio 181, Otago Land District.
