Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the public reserve set apart: 36·2 perches. Being Lot 31, D.P. 18389, and being formerly part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 206, folio 153, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Auckland.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Leslie Lindores Cheyne, of Auckland, Company Manager, and Alfred Peachey Adamson, of Te Awamutu, Life Insurance Representative, under and by virtue of Deferred Payment License, Volume 1078, folio 172, Auckland Registry, is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of May 1955.
