All situated in Block VIII, Hokianga Survey District,
Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38553.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145106
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for a Public School in the

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the leasehold estates of Keith Ernest Atkinson, of Nelson,
Storekeeper, in the land first described in the Schedule hereto
held under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 2815,
Nelson Land Registry, excepting thereout all mines and
minerals and reserving certain rights to the lessor, and in the
land secondly described in the Schedule hereto held under
and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 2657, Nelson
Land Registry, are hereby taken for a public school; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 9th day of May 1955.

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

for a metal pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1955.

the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate

in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon edged red.
