A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being part Section 12.
Situated in Block XII, Tairua Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37004.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146311 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public offices and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Gisborne as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1955.
