PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a Maori school, and that an easement for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a Maori school is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, and maintain a line of pipes along, under, or over the said land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of May 1955.
