Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 1, Block VI, Waihua Survey District (formerly part Mohaka B 1 Block): Area, 1,580 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan 1732.)
Section 2, Block VI, Waihua Survey District (formerly part Mohaka B 1 Block): Area, 1,540 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan 1732.)
Section 4, Block XV, Waihua Survey District (formerly part Mohaka B 1 Block): Area, 1,195 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan 1731.)
Mohaka B 16 Block, situated in Blocks I and VI, Waihua Survey District: Area, 163 acres 2 roods 10 perches, more or less. (M.L. 1930.)

Adding to the Outer Area of the Otago Electric Power District Adjoining Areas in the Southland County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that as from the date hereof the areas described in the Schedule hereto shall be included in and shall form part of the existing outer area of the Otago Electric Power District.
SCHEDULE
(a) ALL that area in the Southland Land District being portion of the Southland County bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 5, Block VII, Slopedown Survey District, and proceeding due south along a right line to the northern boundary of the Mokoreta Survey District; thence due east along the said northern boundary to the south-western corner of the Kuriwao Survey District; thence due north along the western boundary of the Kuriwao Survey District to the Mokoreta River; thence south-westerly generally along the Mokoreta River to the southernmost corner of Section 5, Block VII aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of the said Section 5 to its westernmost corner, being the point of commencement.
(b) All that area in the Southland Land District and the Southland County being Section 1, Block II, Slopedown Survey District.
As the said areas (a) and (b) are more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.H.D. 306 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered blue.

Altering the Boundaries of the Otago Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Otago Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Otago Land District being part of the County of Clutha bounded by a line commencing at the south-eastern corner of Block VIII, Waipahi Survey District; thence due west along the southern boundary of Block VIII aforesaid, to and across a river-bank road to the middle of the Waipahi River; thence north-westerly and northerly generally along the middle of the Waipahi River to the middle of the Pomahaka River; thence north-easterly generally along the middle of the Pomahaka River to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Block VIII, Waipahi Survey District, thence due south to and along the said eastern boundary to the south-eastern corner of the said Block, being the point of commencement. As the said area is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.H.D. 310 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington, and thereon hatched red.

Altering the Boundaries of the Tararua Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Tararua Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto, the said area being part of the existing outer area of the Dannevirke Electric Power District.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Weber County, situated in Blocks I, XIV, XV, and XVI, Weber Survey District, containing approximately 5,930 acres and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-eastern corner of Puketoi No. 6A Block, situated in Block XVI, Tahoraiti Survey District, being a point on the boundary of the Wellington Land District; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Puketoi No. 6A Block to the southernmost corner of Section 3, Block XIV, Weber Survey District; thence westerly along the southern boundary and again north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the said Section 3 to the north-western corner of Section 18, Block I, Weber Survey District; thence southerly along the western boundary and south-easterly generally along the south-western boundary of the said Section 18 to the western extremity of Waipatiki Road; thence again south-easterly generally along the south-western side of the said Waipatiki Road, to and along the western boundary of Section 17, Block I, Weber Survey District, to and across Oporae Road, to and along the western boundary of Section 16, Block I, Weber Survey District, to and across Grey Road, to and along the western and southern boundaries of Section 11, Block XV, and of Section 10, Block XVI, both of Weber Survey District, to Falls Road; thence southerly and westerly generally along the western and northern sides of the said Falls Road to the boundary of the Wellington Land District; thence north-westerly along that boundary to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.H.D. 326 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.
