Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for Post and Telegraph Purposes (Postmaster's Residence) in the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of March 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 25·84 perches.
Being Lot 175, D.P. 15931, being part Section 50, Hutt District, situated in the City of Lower Hutt, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 577, folio 205, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of March 1955.
