Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Levin

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of March 1955.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 12·5 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 14447, being part Section 63, Levin Village Settlement. (S.O. 23315.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145899 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 roods 31·7 perches.
Being Section 78, Levin Village Settlement, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 606, folio 76, Wellington Land Registry.
All situated in Block I, Waiopēhu Survey District, Borough of Levin.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of March 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of March 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Enid Primrose Wilson, of Gisborne, Nurse, John Weldon Wilson, of Kana-kamia, Sheepfarmer, Alice Margaret Clare Hopkins, wife of Henry Port Hopkins, of Te Puke, Civil Servant, and Amy Helen Briant, wife of Stanley Dayton Briant, of Patutahi, Sheepfarmer, as tenants in common in equal shares, under and by virtue of renewable Crown Lease No. 308, Volume 91, folio 290, Gisborne Land Registry, is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of March 1955.
