Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Mount Albert

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of January 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 33·1 perches.
Being Lot 9, D.P. 37680, being part Allotment 37, Parish of Titirangi, and being formerly part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 792, folio 272, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Mount Albert.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of December 1954.

Authorizing the Laying-off of Streets off Wyllie Road in the Borough of Papatoetoe, Subject to Conditions as to the Building Line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of January 1955

THE RIGHT HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 15 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1953 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorizes the Papatoetoe Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of their length of less than 66 ft., but not less than 50 ft., subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 5, 10, and 16 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 145443 referred to in the Schedule hereto within a distance of 33 ft. from the centre lines of the said streets, or on Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, and 14 of the subdivision of the land shown edged green on the said plan within a distance of 50 ft. from the centre lines of the said streets.
SCHEDULE
That proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Papatoetoe, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 24 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 2833, being part Allotment 44, Manurewa Parish.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and borough containing by admeasurement 12 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 2833, being part Allotment 44, Manurewa Parish.
Also that proposed street in the said land district and borough containing by admeasurement 14 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 2833, part of the said land, being shown as part Lot 8, D.P. 17736, being part Allotment 44, Manurewa Parish.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145443 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Road (Atiamuri Farm Settlement Road) in the Matamata County to be County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of January 1955

THE RIGHT HON. K. J. HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
All that portion of road (Atiamuri Farm Settlement Road) in the Matamata County, South Auckland Land District, situated in Block III, Te Ati-a-muri Survey District, commencing at the northernmost corner of Section 10 of the aforesaid Block III, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 37 chains.
