A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 0.4 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 3728, being part Kuiti 308 Block.
Situated in Block VIII, Turanganui Survey District, Gisborne R.D. (S.O. 4859.)

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144725 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 24·01 perches.
Being part Lot 9, D.P. 3137, being part Section 98, Porirua District.
Situated in Block VIII, Paekakariki Survey District. (S.O. 23264.)

In the Wellington Land District, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145453 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 23·46 perches.
Being Lot 44 on D.P. 16813 (Town of Paremata, West Extension No. 14), being part Section 98, Porirua District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 612, folio 59, Wellington Land Registry.
