Crown Land Set Apart, Together with Certain Water and Incidental Rights, for Broadcasting Purposes (Transmitter Site) in Block VII, Waimea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart together with the water rights appurtenant thereto reserved by Deed No. 35685 (R. 37/382), Nelson Registry, and the water rights and incidental rights appurtenant thereto created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 32903, Nelson Land Registry, subject to the said Deed No. 35685, for broadcasting purposes (transmitter site); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 17 acres 2 roods 25 perches.
Being parts of Sections 75 and 76 (D.P. 3154), District of Waimea East.
Situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, Nelson R.D. (S.O. 9878.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143825 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of January 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1955.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145445 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of January 1955.
