Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1936
PURSUANT to clause 26 of regulation 7 and clause 10 of regulation 16 of the Traffic Regulations 1936, the Minister of Transport hereby approves for the purposes of the said regulations, red reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Red reflectors manufactured by Stadium Limited, England, having 1½ in. diameter lenses marked “Made in England”.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Heavy Motor Vehicles Being Goods Service Vehicles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1936
PURSUANT to clause 22 of regulation 7 of the Traffic Regulations 1936, the Minister of Transport hereby approves for the purposes of the said regulations, red reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto, and samples of which are deposited at the Head Office of the Transport Department, Wellington.
SCHEDULE
“SCOTCHLITE” wide angle flat top reflective material (otherwise known as “Micro-lens”) of the following shapes and sizes:
(a) Disc, 4 in. in diameter.
(b) Disc, 3 in. in diameter.

Approval of Red Reflectors for Bicycles in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1936
PURSUANT to clause 2 of regulation 21 of the Traffic Regulations 1936, the Minister of Transport hereby approves, for the purposes of the said regulation, red reflectors of the makes and types described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Red reflectors (Model Nos. 4, 7, 10, 10A, 40, and 40A) manufactured by Bluelmel Bros. Limited, England, having 1½ in. diameter prismatic lenses.
Bluelmel’s prismatic reflector (Model No. 51) for bicycle mudguards.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 14th day of March 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared Crown land: 31·95 perches.
Being Lot 3, D.P. 15640, being part Block II, Rangitikei District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 518, folio 309, Wellington Land Registry.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Panmure Township Road District, for a Public School
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public school, and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Panmure, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 2 roods 1·9 perches.
Being part Allotment 14, Section 3, Village of Panmure.
Situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143801 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Notice of Intention to Take Additional Land in Block VII, Motatau Survey District, for a Maori School
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the additional land described in the Schedule hereto for a Maori school; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kawakawa and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
