A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilization; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1955.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 12·2 perches. Being Lot 2, D.P. 18505, being part Allotment 5, Section 23, Town of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 425, folio 174, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a main highway depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1955.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 1·8 perches. Being part Lot 26, D.P. 5059, being part Te Ihumatao No. 1 and Ihumatao Blocks.

Situated in Block V, Waitemata Survey District, and Block VII, Kumeu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38721). In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145840 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 37·2 perches. Being part Lot 1, D.P. 29473, being part Allotment 20, Waipareira Parish.

Situated in Block XV, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38745). In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145821 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
