PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area of land known as Waihua B 1 Block containing 25 acres and 28 perches, more or less, situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Waihua Survey District, being the land formerly known as Waihua 1c 12, as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan lodged in the office of the Department of Maori Affairs and marked 60/1/26 and thereon edged red.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the drainage rights granted by Conveyance No. 86275 (127/292), Otago Land Registry, for a university college; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of March 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 9·27 perches.
Being part Section 50, Block XXIX, Town of Dunedin, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 293, folio 122, Otago Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
