PURSUANT to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland and be under the control and management of the Auckland City Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the access way dealt with: 7·4 perches.

Being Lot 167, D.P. 39662, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 370, folio 245, Auckland Land Registry.
