A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland–Hamilton motorway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 1 rood 18·1 perches.
Being part Lot 12, D.P. 6873, being part Allotment 12, Parish of Manurewa.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38661.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145734 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of February 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·64 perches.
Being part Section 262, Town of Kakaramea.
Situated in Block II, Carlyle Survey District, Taranaki R.D. (S.O. 8498.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142433 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of February 1955.
