PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a metal pit and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manawatu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.
