A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.

Situated in Block II, Carlyle Survey District, Taranaki R.D. (S.O. 8498.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142433 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of February 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of linen-flax development (factory site), is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 25 acres 3 roods 35·3 perches.

Being Section 77, formerly part of Section 44, District of Opawa.

Situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Marlborough R.D. (S.O. 4049.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134912 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Land Held for a Public School Subject to a Building-line Restriction and to a Drainage Easement, Set Apart for Housing Purposes, Subject to the Said Restriction and Easement

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school subject to the building-line restriction imposed by Memorandum of Acceptance No. W. 6937, Taranaki Land Registry, and subject also to the drainage rights created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 88638, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby set apart for housing purposes subject to the said restriction and drainage rights; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 4 acres 2 roods.

Being Lot 3, D.P. 7242, being part Section 165, Grey District, being part of the land formerly comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 154, folio 203, and being the land in Proclamation No. 2042, Taranaki Land Registry.

Situated in Block V, Paritutu Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of February 1955.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 2 roods 24 perches.

Being Section 527, Town of Foxton, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 134, folio 177, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in the Borough of Foxton.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of February 1955.
