Altering the Boundaries of the Hutt Valley Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Hutt Valley Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

ALL that area of reclaimed land situated in the City of Lower Hutt containing approximately 92 acres, as shown on the plan marked S.H.D. 319 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington, and thereon outlined in red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of February 1955.

Crown Land Set Apart for Housing Purposes in Block XII, Avon Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.

Situated in Block XII, Avon Survey District, Marlborough R.D. (S.O. 4152.)

In the Marlborough Land District: as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145699 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of February 1955.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of February 1955.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 acres and 3 perches.

Being Section 182, Hua District.

Situated in Block VI, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D. (S.O. 8653.)

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145696 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of February 1955.
