Crown Land Set Apart for a Surfaceran's Cottage in Block II, Cluden Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a surforman's cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart:
A. R. P. Being
0 3 39·9 Part Run 2361; coloured yellow.
0 0 0·1 Part closed road; coloured blue.
Situated in Block II, Cluden Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11880.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145330 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for water-works; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Frank Clark, of Lindis Pass, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown pastoral lease of pastoral land under the Land Act 1948, No. P.41, registered in Volume 338, folio 61, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for a surfaceran's cottage; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1954.
