Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of the Sockburn-Styx Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 18 June 1953, and published in Gazette, 25 June 1953, Volume II, page 962, defining the middle line of the Sockburn-Styx Railway, in so far as it affects part Rural Section 1600, situated in Blocks VI and VII, Christchurch Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 392, folio 96, Canterbury Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1954.

Land Held for a Public School Set Apart for Road in Block III, Mangawhai Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for a public school is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 4 perches.
Being part Allotment 12, Mangawhai Parish.
Situated in Block III, Mangawhai Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38415.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145242 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 6 perches.
Being part Stream Bed (Ohai Stream and Sharpridge Creek).
Situated in Block I, Wairoa Survey District, and Block XXIV, Wairaki Survey District, Southland R.D. (S.O. 6145.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145360 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1954.
