HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Government Loans Board Act 1926, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the right-of-way appurtenant thereto, created by Deed No. 14126, Auckland Land Registry, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto being taken for subdivision into building allotments for housing purposes.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 1 rood 8 perches.
Being Lots 10, 11, and 12, Section 11 of Allotment 76, Parish of Titirangi, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 772, folio 1, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land permitted to be taken: 17·3 perches.
Being Lot 6, Section 12 of Allotment 76, Parish of Titirangi, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 546, folio 233, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels and title).
