ALL that area of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 14Β·3 perches, more or less, being Lot 45, D.P. 23800, Town of Waro (Extension No. 7), and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 890, folio 251 (Auckland Registry).
