A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land first described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, and the land secondly described in the said Schedule, now held for better utilization, is hereby set apart for the Wellington-Foxton motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for railway purposes, is hereby set apart for the Wellington-Foxton motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 5 acres 3 roods 6.5 perches.
Being part Section 48, Porirua District.
Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 22856.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145344 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1954.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the public reserve set apart: 2 acres and 2 perches.
Being Lots 57 and 58, D.P. 19927, being part Section 10, Block II, Tauhara Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 140, folio 91, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Taupo.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of December 1954.
