A PROCLAMATION

P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·3 perches. Being part Section 46, Porirua District. Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 22856.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145344 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1954.
