A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for the Wellington-Foxton motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.

Situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1954.

Portion of a Public Reserve Set Apart for Defence Purposes in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of June 1954 and published in Gazette, 8 July 1954, No. 42, page 1098, setting apart portion of a public reserve for defence purposes in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, and hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart:

2 acres 2 roods 27·62 perches.
Being part Section 96, Hutt District.
Situat
ed in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District. (S.O. 23258.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145259 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street:

3 acres 3 roods 16·4 perches.
Being Lot 16, D.P. 4639, being part Sections 4 and 5, Block I, Invercargill Hundred, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 165, folio 278, Southland Land Registry.

Situated in the City of Invercargill.
