Crown Land Set Apart, Together With and Subject to Certain Rights of Way, for Housing Purposes in Block VII, Corwar Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart, subject to the right of way in favour of the lessee of Rural Section 37623 over that portion thereof coloured yellow on S.O. Plan 8120, and together with the right of way over that portion of Rural Section 37623 coloured blue on the said plan, created and reserved respectively by renewable farm lease, Volume 613, folio 4, Canterbury Land Registry, for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 4 acres 1 rood 13·5 perches. Being Rural Section 37630. Situated in Block VII, Corwar Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8120.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 144984 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red. Additional Land Taken for a Secondary School in the Borough of Oamaru [L.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 37·8 perches. Being closed street adjoining Lots 11, 14, and part Lots 12 and 15, Deeds Plan 184, being part Section 13. Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District, Borough of Oamaru, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11821.) In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 143486 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor- General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken together with the right of way appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 215342, Wellington Land Registry, for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.
FIRST SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 19·6 perches. Being part Section 287, Whareama Block; coloured blue. Situated in Block XII, Mangapakeha Survey District. (S.O. 21838.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 129953 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. SECOND SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 34·64 perches. Being Lots 102, 103, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 134, 135, 136, 137, and 138, D.P. 224, being part Section 287, Whareama Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 505, folio 1, Wellington Land Registry. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor- General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954. SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 acres 2 roods 28 perches. Being part Section 286, Whareama Block, situated in Block XI, Mangapakeha Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 341, folio 125, Wellington Land Registry (limited as to parcels)..
