Revoking Portion of a Proclamation Taking Land for Defence Purposes in Blocks VI and X, Port Nicholson Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 3 December 1945, and published in Gazette, 6 December 1945, Volume III, page 1511, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 3617, taking land for defence purposes in Blocks VI and X, Port Nicholson Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 32 perches.
Being Lot 7, D.P. S. 1606, being part Section 15, Block II, Maketu Survey District, and being part of the land formerly comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 423, folio 208, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of December 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of December 1954.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 12.1 perches.
Being Section 75, formerly part Section 20.
Situated in Block I, Upper Taieri Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 11908.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145236 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of December 1954.
