A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of December 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 17·5 perches.
Being part Lot 10, D.P. 39840, being part Allotment 30, Small Farms near Otahuhu.
Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38537.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145140 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 2 roods 11 perches.
Being Lot 9, D.P. 39840, being part Allotment 30, Small Farms near Otahuhu, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1060, folio 247, Auckland Land Registry.
